Learnership
we are solving the customer query daily, We are working as a team to win daily. since we started our practicals with cell c we learn a lot of things and how to dealt with the different customer and how to act. i'm very much enjoying on this field. the IT customer query you learn a lot of different things daily and how to solve it.

Excellent communication
Telling people about free data, airtime and connecting for free to some social media Giving out pamphlets and sim card. Perfect relationship with my co workers, helping each other where there's misunderstanding or complication I've learnt being patient and working with people And the most challenging aspect is having to stand up for the whole day and walking around trying to explain to people who doesn't understand

Dear Sir / Madam I have more than 10 years experience in the Sales & Service industry. I have customers whom are with me of 10 years and enjoy my professionalism when i deal with them. I am a hard worker and enjoy going the extra mile for my customers. My day start with checking my emails and confirm my calendar appointments for the day. If i need to make any changes to my daily calendar due to an urgent email , i do. I am a peoples person whom enjoy the company of others. I have learned over the years that you should not judge a book by its cover. Tread every person equal. I enjoy finding new customers. My reason is that you will sell him your company profile with the product. I enjoy meeting everyday someone new as each person have a different character. Every job environment have it's challenges. This has been a very educational opportunity.
Working at Cell C has been very fun and challenging thus far. The working relationship with my colleagues is of mutual concern and interest to the company's and customers' best interests. With all the challenges that i face daily, i have learned to listen and to be pacient. I enjoy coming to work every morning and speaking to my customers. Escalations is a very challenging task because i work with irate customers and with that, i have to be emotionally and mentally prepared every day.
Pros: Fun while working.

Excellent
what I learned at my previous job is that it's important to be a team player and my typical work day was when our team had to complete with other teams also learned how to retein a customer and how to manage stressful days, And most importantly . I enjoyed doing challenges the most challenging thing i had to deal with was the billing statement.
Pros: Great opportunitis for customer related situation , great telephone skills as basically your job is mostly related to picking up calls and also selling skills being able to sell , reterning customers and resolving queries also to mentain KPI on point and good communication skills...having your own working station.
Cons: late night shifts basically thats all.

I'm very good on system support and i have the experience of how to deal with customers.
Vinny is a person who is dedicated on everything, be on time daily, Loyal, Energetic, Honest, Humble, Able to work under pressure, I can able to work shift and extended hours.I 'm a hard worker and a person who can able to do what the boss want. I have the experience of working as team, I enjoy working as a team because you learn a lot. working as a team make that the person enjoy in a working environment.
