I start my day 8am sharp every possible morning. I would open the store and being with my morning duties and around 8h10am the colleagues would start coming to store. I would delegate work until 8h35am before calling a meeting or a quick huddle. I have this one colleague who would always be 5min late because she would office to make everyone in the meeting coffee. I also have my colleagues start the day off challenging one another to be top performer and I have learned that to announce not only the top performer for the day bt also the hard worker who is not strong in sales but pushed harder than the actual winner to achieve or over achieve him/her personal best.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion is average
Cons: The salary differences from consultants to management are minimal

Effective and efficient, willing to learn.

I have 10 years’ experience in Customer Service, 3 years of Technical Support and 3 years as a Business Consultant . I have been working for Cell C Pty Ltd since 2007 to August 2018. I have a successful track record of problem solving.

Good

I am a learning, training and supervisory experienced professional. My passion for lifelong learning has kept me a braised with the constant yearning for knowledge and hence is the foundation on which my education is built. I train new individuals that join Cell C on products and services, Processes and Systems. On a monthly basis train existing staff new products and services, a refresher training is included in the sessions. Work very closely with the QA department on any skills gaps that were discovered, tailor-make training sessions to close the gaps. Cell C is a company with a lot of opportunities and it has a ver dynamic culture where each individual is allowed individuals to come up with innovative ways to improve customer experience.

Communication skills

My work is busy but discovered a way of dealing with the stress Almost everyone knows me in the company and funny think I know all the IT systems used I have learned to communicate with people from different levels Learning and applying new products The most challenging aspect is that management and HR do not feel the need to upskill or improve my skills it seems like I have all the information required which is highly impossible.

Great environment where Personal Life challenges is taken into consideration

Perform daily tasks as expected. Perform daily tasks as expected. Explore new ideas and great opportunity for implementation. This company is open to new ideas from staff and provide assistance achieving the goals. Staff is family, we greet one another through out the day in the corridors. There is no color difference like other companies. We share everything from Canteen to the bathrooms. Even celebrate birthdays,babyshowers,farewells etc together.The most challenging aspect is from the minority that does not want to cooperate and worse play the blame card. That delays the project which is costly in turn.
