Entry level and learning experience regarding customer services

I like working for Cell c merchants it gives great exposure to work hand in hand with co-workers and the customers. I have learnt that team work is very important, work ethics, team building being professional. I enjoy working with different customers everyday giving a different view about your emotions and how you can handle situations and challenges. The most challenging part of my job is that you get different customers everyday and you need to make sure that they are happy with the service and I am glad that I can.
