CEG Reviews

You learn to work under pressure when the demand is high as well as put in long hours.

No growth for a person and the hours were long and no pay increases. No opportunity to go into other fields you reach your glass ceiling very quickly. The Labour was too much for the pay as week.

Pros: Weekends off
Cons: Long hours

Training and Development

Planning and development for each year ensure that all staff are trained and developed communicate daily with EXCO team on all training and give feedback. Performance agreements and reviews with individual IDP plans from employees and training needs analysis. Training with outside providers are expensive but fruitful on certain training requirements and internal training are more cost effective. To see that staff are developed successfully. The challenge is that training staff are complicated as they absent from work, sick etc

Pros: Manager promotion
Cons: Time consuming
