cEDERBERG Matzikama Aids Network is a well astablish Organization situated in the Cederberg District. Working here give such joy to make a difference in your community. A typical day for me started with staff meetings, feedback from the communities which we render services to form the field workers( hiv counselors, auxility nurse, and SR). Delegate task to Staff and arrage their transport, accomodation, stock. Sometimes dealing with Department of Health Sub District Cooordinators for feed back via Report or Sometimes meetinGS. My relationship with my colleagues is Professional with a bit of fun to be more productive by achieving the goals for day. I learned that team work is very important and enjoy working together to reach our targets above the target set . Challenging aspespect is sometimes the cooperation by some colleagues.
