Quick learner

once my day starts at 9am, i would typically check for new tickets and if none was created or logged i would assist in open tickets trying to fix and close them. occasionally i would get an user call needing assistance and would help them in any way i can. if and when i have no tickets i would do floor walks making sure IT area is neat and tidy in case senior management decides to make a surprise visit with an issue. i would also check the video conference rooms making sure all is working and if an issue or problem is picked up which will be attempted to fix or call vendor to log a call or get assistance telephonicaly.

Pros: Meeting people from different countries
Cons: not much growth
