CDR Contracts Reviews

Excellent Opportunity to learn different Bargaining Councils and Time Management

Working at CDR is very challenging but exciting. The colleagues are all friendly and hard working. We can work hard and sometimes organizing our ow well-deserved braai-break. CDR is lacking of general management since company was sold out to the new owners. It doesn't feel like working with a family any longer, people no longer go the extra mile to achieve better opportunity for growth as Management demotivate them and expect to work longer hours without remunerating them the effort

Pros: Quick learning of Labour Law as well inproving of Time Management
Cons: Management doesn't want to invest in new staff and all employees have to work extra hours for no pay to meet the deadlines

Excellent learning curve

Placing and managing staff at various clients that the company had. Liais with clients with regards to staff requested which made me build relationship with management of these companies Sitting in meeting allowed me to build up confidence and courage to handle different issues ( personal from staff) and site issues Best employee to be in a team my personality is that which everyone can easily open up to I’ve also learnt that being too understanding sometimes people try to take advantage of you

Pros: Great relationship building with clients
Cons: Staff booked for clients not turning up for work

Gaming experience in Payroll

Since company moved to new management and to a new program, a lots of people resigned. Newly employed people are not used to so much pressure and making mistakes that affects productivity and wellbeing of the company.

Pros: Learning different fields
Cons: Long hours, moving to new programs
