Good Opportunity and permanent position

At Siemens I've learn a lot especially when it comes to the planning department. I must makesure that every job goes inside the hanging files. And to the commercial side, no job must be archive without any confirmation with commercial. They instructed me which job must I archive. Everyday I learn something with people's behaviour. Others they do what pleases them. It is a challenging job. Some will come and tell you what to do, But most of them they ate happy with my job. Iam very helpful to them. They don't have time to go around looking for the files for themselves. So they trust me s lot when it comes to that part. Some other times it can be hectic and pressure. It need focus cause if you loose it you already out of line

Pros: Great opportunity for permanent position
Cons: Challenging everyday
