Wish there were more opportunities for growth!

I am currently working as Receptionist .I perform many administrative duties, debtors and creditors departments, access control system, events management. I also work in a personal assistant capacity for various Managers. Administer Accellos and the SACS systems, diary management and boardroom bookings, keeping control of these various functions at all times. I do HR Officer duties, I have also been trained to do criminal checks and have just taken on the Operations Filing Clerk position. I do all these things and yet am seen and paid as a Receptionist. I have asked for a review of my duties and maybe a change in my job name/description, but have been told no on more than one occasion. I enjoy interacting with people and helping them, and also enjoy the challenge of doing something of of my comfort zone, but I would like to be acknowledged for my efforts.

Pros: Opportunity to learn SAP, also very good study assistance Programme for staff.
Cons: Working out of job description with much more responsibility, no extra pay, told to be grateful for my job

There is always room for growth

CCS logistics is and excellent company to work for, Always setting achievable goals for employees. The employees is all motivated and enter the gate in the morning full of confidence to set planned goals for the day. It does make management very happy and there task much supplier working with motivated teams. Self starters, energetic,with minimum complains. I learn everyday the difference in diversity and cultures of people i work with , and it makes a person understand where people is coming from and what they need to go through daily.

Pros: everyone is enjoying what they do
Cons: people is becoming to comfortable in there roles

Working at CCS is fantastic, Everyone is always respectful.

CCS Logistics is more then just a cold store, it's a family working hard at ach a commom goal, and that is to be the best cold store in South Africa.

Pros: Hardwork is always witness
Cons: You have certain hours you cannot go over, and the supervisor will come to you and will advise you before hand that you only have a hour left to work,

I have proved to be reliable, honest , team player with ability to work well under pressure.

I have managed to find someone who's been stealing money from company and I reported a person. I was with the company for 4 months. My strengths are ability to resolve queries, deadline driven, trustworthy, commitment, etc

Pros: I managed to meet targets with payments
Cons: Month end I work overtime to make sure that payments are submitted in time.

Brilliant "Company but no opportunity for growth.

A great company to work for offering respect to staff and service providers. No permanent positions available making it difficu.True skills are not identified and recognized. The company needs to recognize people for what they have to offer and thereby giving opportunities for growth. lt to .

Specialised Service

CCS Logistics is a division of Oceana Group which offers its employees various career opportunities. Working for CCS Logistics has significantly introduced me into a storage business housing various products for different customers. Since CCS Logistics doesn't own these products great service is the only tool we use to retain and attract new customers. We also have a user friendly warehouse management system which enable us to track the product or pallet from the point of receipt until it gets dispatched.

Pros: Use of own initiatives allowed
Cons: Cold room environment

I enjoy working in a bubbly team which adds to making the day which helps with productivity.

We are a team that strives for perfection in giving our clients the best service. Our goal is to keep cool while we keep the wheels turning. I personally am passionate about my subordinates as well as our clients.

I am Nolundi a hard working person.i am willing to work as much i can.really i dont mind about salary the only thing i need is a job and money end of month just to put food on my table.i really need the job and to get experience as well that all i need

Less than 50

Intaction with suppliers, management to report deviation to compliance. Daily inspection and reporting. Daily walkabout on the warehouses to check compliance and daily meetings to raise non compliance issues.
