Excellent growth opportunity

CCI is progressive organisation which boasts a great deal of growth potential for those who seek to see themselves up the corporate ranks. The rapid employment climate poses the challenge of implementing continuous improvement strategies which may or has left real development stifled at least for some time, it is only when this rapid growth in staff decelerates that one can expect potency in skilling and development to take effect. Remuneration has not always been consistent and living standards of staff has been brought into question, an obvious challenge common in many companies which share the characteristics of CCI.

Pros: challenging environment which leads to great exposure, people driven approach allowing one to not only understand themselves within the work environment but also understand other people and how to bridge the gap and eliminate conflict if not to manage it better.
Cons: Human Capital could be managed a lot better in order to capitalise on the performance and inspire a culture of excellence as opposed to the containment of complacency

Strong customer service,passionate,good telephone etiquette,bubbly.

I am a good listener and work well in a team.i also enjoy interacting my customer both face to face and over the phone. and passionate in everything that i do.

Great opportunity for growth

It was great working at CCI-SA, the only problem were the shift times and also long working hours for example the first shift starts at 9:00 to 19:00 that way there are some things you cannot do because you knock off late by the time you reach home you are tired the only thing you want to do is bath ,eat and sleep you do not get time to spend with your family.....I really enjoyed being there there were nice incentives. We had a great relationship with my co-workers even my manager himself The most challenging aspect of the work it self was achieving all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) because the other week you may do great but the following week you might have minor errors and that causes your KPI's to drop that lead you to loose your commission at the end of the month

Excellent way to start up

Deal telephonically with customers Be vigilant of calls waiting and respond positively at all times Transfer and announce calls to appropriate departments Offer relevant information and options to all customers Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using CRM systems and tools Communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers Complete call logs and document all customer contacts in the CRM system Obtain and supply documents as requested in a timely manner Attend and positively contribute to team meetings Support and positively influence the team and company culture Foster a culture of teamwork by assisting colleagues when workload permits Recommend process improvements Recognize, document and alert the team leader/manager of trends in customer calls

Daily work outputs

Daily duties includes taking calls for agents.sales,customer service,providing feedback,customer satisfaction. Viewing and sending reports daily, Meeting with clients ,performance coaching for sales agents ,making sure everything is running smooth and of top quality.fun environment with a fun bunch of employees always a joy working with them, I have learnt a Lot in the sales environment a Lot of different systems and ethical behaviours ,is to put aside emotions and focus on what needs to be done

Customer service

I am a self motivated person with a friendly disposition . I interact well with my colleagues. I enjoy new challenges and achieving excellent results. I will be the best candidate for this position as i enjoy meeting new people and socialising. I enjoy assisting customers with their queries and resolving customer queries.

Time management skills

I can work as a team my current job teach me how to multi-tasking data capture I can work under pressure as well and teaches me to be open minded and be open to ather people advices

It is a very good company that supplies the country with a high volume of jobs

it a call centre so it a vibrant enviroment and requires one who work in it to be always energetic at all time, be consistance on perfomance at all times. Be well mannerd at all times and treat client fairly at all times. Be on time and leave the company at the correct time, all in all be punctual at all times.

Learning curve

At cci-sa I work with different type of people who are energetic as a learning curve I learn to be independent and to work as a team to achieve company goals and also my goals I learn to work under pressure the most challenging thing at my work is to get a client account details but I do get it since I am determined to get what I want
