I have learnt alot about sales through my many years of working in the sales industry.

Through my years of working for CCI Call centers i have learnt alot when it comes to sales and important customers are in the sales industry. I have learnt how to operate and work well with other colleagues and how important teamwork is in the workplace i ahve also learnt to give it my all in every task i am given and to respect my colleagues and superiors and most of all i have also learnt to value my job and the importance of having a job. Through my years of working in the sales industry has also taught me alot about life itself and has made me a better man. I feel that sales is where my home is because i has gained more experience through out my years and i feel that i still have more to learn, it is just a means of finding the right company to work for that also promotes growth within its sector.

Pros: no opportunity for growth
Cons: average working hours from 08:00a.m to 18:00p.m

Excellent communication skills

Utmost pleasure to introduce myself, Sibahle Gumede. I have completed N5, N6 and currently still studying a Personnel Management N4 module part time in Human Resource Management to complete my diploma at Umfolozi College. Where i work and what we stand for as a company

excellent I must say .The environment we work under is a free and relaxed environment and the open door policy that is within the company truly does bind the company as a whole is more of a friendship more than a partnership at work. We are more of a family than colleagues. I have learnt a lot about fibre optic cables and more about how the tele-communication industries work,. I enjoy mostly having to interact with client from abroad you get the sense of a new culture and a different way of living

Fluent on English

I enjoy working where I work as I work with people. The most challenging thing is hours I work as go home at night and work on weekends. I love people I work with as they are kind and loving. my work place is having a lot of people. I learnt to work under pressure and still do my job perfectly .

Excellent learning curve and provides great personal growth

I love my current job just that the hours are taking a toll on me. I work for an Australian campaign which means I work Australian hours which are 12am till 10am. Leaves less room for any kind of life as your body get accustomed to sleeping during the day and awake at night. The company is great and management takes care of the employees and keep an open door policy, there's plenty room to grow within the company but the hours are fixed which is a major issue with me.

Good experience

Had a very good customer service experience with cci sa. The customer service level is very high, cci always make sure their employees and clients are satisfied with the service they provide.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

They sell you dreams. In the beginning it's all roses make it seem all is worth it. If you make comm you do, if you don't you have to suck bawls & kiss ass in order to make comm. Management is dumb, have no idea of what they are doing. Long hours for nothing Always have an excuse why you won't go onleave They don't pay you your last cheque even if you served your 30 days notice. Management doesn't care if one is sick all they want is attendance Shit of a company they say one family one dream Truth be told it's Marks family and his dream. If you know your worth stay away from Career Box

We are to have be productive 9 hours a day - we get one hour break which is divided into 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute tea breaks -we do not really get time to communicate with co-workers as one needs to be on the phone at all times which is understandable as it a place to work and not socializing. -one is taught to be independent at all times as we can be very busy at times and can not always rely in help for others - i particularly enjoy the insentives as they motivate us to do our best - e also have coaching with our managers every week to improve our performance - i dont always agree with the hours but we have to work
