Gained a lot of experience from

I have had a n exceptional 3 years working for he Company especially for someone who joined the company fresh out of high school. Working for an Australian campaign meant that my shift will always start midnight and finish in the morning and at first it was fun however very tiring. The fun part was that you never felt the strain at work because everyone around you is very lively and vibrant throughout the midnight hours which sometimes was a challenge for those who couldn’t catch a nap to rest during the day due to having daily errands to run and family, especially parents. Working for CCI has helped me to break out of my shell and learn different types of communication skills by displaying empathy and being humble at all times, the experience I’ve gained from being a customer service agent, a sales expert, retentions and claims specialist will be carried by me everywhere I go and I am willing to leverage my experience in a different environment.

Learning curve

Great working environment, however, you cannot balance your life and work as you are always at work and finishing very late. I have gained my typing skills and my pace improved 10 times more.

Takes time to grow

Would not recommend this company in the slightest as they do not respect their employees - they cannot and will not allow any growth without making sure you suffer for it

Excellent self confident builder

Very challenging always think out of the box to problem solving and customer satisfaction. Very friendly supervisors willing to assist with resolving customer's query
