I work long hours I have good relationship with workers,i''ve learn to do filling,printing,phothocopying,cash report,receiving and sending emails,making phone calls.

Learned a lot in a shot period of time

am working 6 days a week which makes me know how to overcome the pressure and which make it simple or me to do my job. my relationship with my co- workers is a very strong one because most of the tasks that are given are team based so i have a very good relationship wit my colleagues, iv also learnt lot of things in my present job in short period of time like planning the Job we are doing and creating most on the loads we working with. i really enjoy working with my team because they are the winners and they are very hard workers,the most challenging aspects is not changing shifts.

Excellent experience, lots of improvements and changes

Our company is very stable and we produce market leading products. All employees are responsible to protect our company image in the market place. We are very goal orientated and track our KPIs all the time. My working hours are a bit flexible as I can come in early and leave early or stay late depending on what I am busy with. Because of my experience many people tend come and ask for advice how to do certain things and generally about certain procedures and stuff. I believe people will know you care if you show you care and have honest conversations and you have to challenge people to be better. I enjoy finding solutions to problems. The most challenging aspect of the job is to rely on people to do the right thing.

Very quick learner

I'm very versatile and a very quick learner and can adapt to any condition. I start work 5h00 in the mornings all are always available on my mobile whil9not at work. Liase with all levels of management.

I work well with a team.

I have more than 15 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing and sales environment. I was also part of the team that implemented MLPs in ABI of which was the first project in SA. I also have a very good working knowledge of SAP. I am able to work well under pressure and deadline driven. I work well with a team.

Pros: I have gained a large scale of working knowledge
Cons: Good internal controls when it comes to dealing with cash sales and accounting practises

Excellent leadership skills

A multi-skilled Team leader with 6 years’ experience in the FMG industry. Possess a good all-round ability to juggle multiple tasks and ensure that scheduled production targets are communicated and achieved. Responsible for planning of daily tasks prior to the starting of the shift.Capable of identifying and dealing with customer’s business needs. Experienced in providing motivation, guidance planning, coordinating and schedule employees to close the resource gaps when necessary.

The journey to my craft

its a busy environment i enjoy working on the busy environment we work rotational hours and i'm flexible i adapt on any working conditions. its like my second home i love my co-workers we have a good relationship though we might have a different views sometimes but we always find a common ground. i have learnt a lot on to work under pressure during festive hence its a FMCG the movement of inventory its always fascinating physical and through the system the business sometimes operator 7 days a week and you have to be at work when duty calls

Pros: the company believe in developing the employees so there is a lot chance to get promoted
Cons: we work 8 hour sometimes overtime
