Great platform to start a career

I work in a fast paced highd emanding work environment that requires an individual to be on their feet literally throughout the shift checking in and dispatching Primary Distribution Trucks. I work autonomously and have the opportunity to take decisions without consultation for the smooth running of the shift. The job requires resilience and patience as it is answer night shift job and you get to deal with different characteristic internal customers. There is litre room for mistakes and I deal with customer invoices hence one needs to be accurate almost all the time. It's a great department to start a career in the FMCG industry as that's where extensive experience is gained.

Cons: NIght shift and overtime as it is peak season

It is a best learning curve for a starter in a cooperate world

Being at CCBSA devland is a great opportunity that offers a loads of experience, though learning and participate at different departments within the warehouse. It also have many obstacles, which is long working hours, but through those obstacles one learns to prioritize what is important.
