It's when we have more orders that need to be taken out on the day. My relationship with my coworkers is extremely good because they understand what is required of them and my treatment to them is fair and equal. There's no favourites all people are are equal. I have learned that people can change based on what information is given to them and whether that information is beneficiary to them or not. I enjoy when everyone is eagerly to prove themselves that they're the best in what they do. It's when we have a new system that need to be learned as some people are old and starting to catch slow.

Cons: Unlimited overtime
