Caxton Printers Reviews

I am self motivated and always meet deadlines.

I get along with every one I work with I have learn t a new system. I did Pastel Accounting at College but had to learn Colorado at Caxton. Every day when I come in I check my emails as I work with almost all the departments. I work with sales reps, sales managers, accountant and also the accounts department. I have done a similar job with Gold Circle where I had to do the end of day balancing.

Pros: I am still looking to be moved to the accounts department since I have a qualification for it.
Cons: I normaly work extra time due to my work load.

Excellent

I am able to deal with all personnel at all levels. I am a dedicated worker and always meet my deadlines. I do not go home until I have finished my work for the day. I am a fast learner and willing to learn new computer packages.

Pros: I enjoy working with everyone at all levels.
Cons: I always want to get the job done efficiently and I find that some find it offensive.

It was okay

I would like to think that I work & communicate well with my co-workers. It's not always easy but the end of the we are here for a common cause which is to make production run as smooth as possible. I've learnt a lot in this career I've chosen from those who have in this field longer than I have been. As much as we work with deadlines & all that you have to try to be calm & relaxed so you be able to think clearly when dealing with breakdowns, faults etc. Try to always have my tools with so that I can fully concentrate on the matter. It really gives me pleasure when at the end of the shift, seeing the product leaving the factory knowing you something to do with that even though it was a difficult day or shift. The challenging part about my job at times vary. Lack of spare parts, loss of machinery drawings, lack of stuff due to many breakdowns at the same time etc...

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Long work hours & small salary
