I have learned a lot Academically and professionally.

- My everyday duties is to support maintenance and production planning. - Planning for new project and tracking of existing project - There is a very good communication between worker and respect each other. We work as a team with common vision to achieve customer orders - I have learnt that no one knows everything we need to work as a team and commit our jobs and make the company succeed(Safety first, Quality and productivity) - I enjoyed all the new project given to me to start the project from scratch to finish - What challenging is to give orders to experienced people and try to follow up on the jobs and disciplining them.

Cons: Working weekends and long hours on sundays

Not so much to learn

It a great experience where you have to learn a lot but work balance between family and work is not so great because there is no team work or man power.

I worked for 8 hours and more of overtime due to work load. Co-workers are good I learnt a lot with project and different people I enjoyed Project and more challenged given to me To work with different people and communicate with different department

Learning different product in the automotive industry

I am currently used to plastic manufactured and painting side of automotive companies. I had an opportunity to learn about catalytic. convetors which also play a vital role in environmentally friendly emissions of the car. I enjoy problem solving, auditing and involvement in team wirk for continuous improvements. I have learnt about the Japanese approach to daily working standards. My team mates are ebthusiastic abd willing to implement things that steer improvement and that makes me to look forward daily to be at work.
