The company is 3 shifts where there is 6 to 2, 2 to 10 and 10 to 6.It is a manufacturing company and IT is there to support the systems and all technical issues. The company provide car allowance, 50% medical aid.

Pros: Benefits are great like medical aids, car allowances
Cons: Night shifts can be hell of a time

Excellent learning curve

Getting in touch with pure analytical chemical lab after 11 years spent in Quality field. Learning new technologies and advanced instrumentation. Learning a completely new range of products compared to previous manufacturing industry. Having a good working relationship with all laboratory collegues as well as production personnel

Pros: Great opportunity for expanding on chemistry application
Cons: Long working hours and limited room for growth

Excellent company.Open door policy

No negative thoughts. Company perks are always great.. Sudden vouchers . I just require groiwth and i feel that staying at this company i will miss the opportunity to becpme manager.. And earn abover 8000000per annum

Pros: Financially stable great vehivle deals to get R40k bacl per 6 months
Cons: Too much of work.. Less time to complete
