the management team can treat people unfairly. the cant differentiate between an employee leisure time and work time. we getting under paid too with a load of work to do. people aren't allowed fro certain leaves.

Challenges

You get many challenges and get to learn every day you get to learn form others and itrls a healthy environment to work in and welcome environment. I enjoyed the evryday activities we used to do every morning it challenges us n gets us motivated and buffed up to work n have a good time at work
