Its a great place to learn new things

I have learnt how to inter-act with customers and with people around me,i got to learn few skills that i never had before working there. with the training that they gave us,helped me to do my Job easily

Good working curve

Working at cashcrusaders its be a good well thought for me, I had to learn different type of people some will be happy and some will be angry but then to me I took it as if that I am there to help people and I did so and many of them I end up been friends with them black people and white people ect my job was based on borrowing people money and what I learned there is that all of us as living human beings we not the same and we come from too different backgrounds and to me I believed that I was supposed to be at cashcrusaders for a reason and my work for God is done there and even now still communicating with clients I did help

Cons: Long hours is fine with me
