Limited growth due to flat hierarchical structure , no training
Meetings with staff to ascertain the status of installations / resolve issue areas , liase with suppliers on stock arrivals and returns , manage staff and issue resolutions. Relations with co workers really good . Creation of strategic relationships across divisions to assist in meeting deadlines and targets I enjoyed the satisfaction of ensuring clients received more than they expected in terms of delivery of units and a trouble free installation. The reward of a happy client is always the best feeling ! I have learnt that nothing is ever handed to you on a silver platter. You have to chase your dreams, never accept mediocrity from anyone and communication of expectations is absolutely key to define the expected deliverable s, but most importantly that listening to staff and their ideas is necessary to keep involvement, increase morale and keep communication channels open!

Relevant side
the career exposed under my current is very good but lot of limitation.the company have good people to work with.the time management or working hours is the same as its 7 to 4 every day.the company management have big respect towards us as employees.what i enjoy most is we meet every new challage every day.i have learnl work with other people,problem solving,under current company need someone who can work under pressure, computer literacy ,to be self motivation. most challenging is to find problem,learn to do accurate job at first time.

Great experience
My company has an open office policy. We also enjoy a lot of activities outside of work; we engage in the marathon, 5/10 km walks, 94.7 cycling challenge and more. Our office is a second home to me and i have learned to interact and accommodate different people with different attitudes. I have learned to put m person emotions aside and do my work to the best of my ability. My most challenging aspect was working a project that had no time lines, no one could be held accountable. It took longer than it should have, however, I have learned that proper processes needs to be followed and before agreeing to anything, there should be proper time lines in place and signed off accordingly.

Great opportunity to learn as technician.
I deal with note counters most of the time, customising them to fix the product produced at the factory. Soldering and testing of different PCB. Installation of remote control support software and clonning of mini PC for the machine. I support the installation team remotely and also go to clients from time to time if need be. I am a team leader in a team of 4 people including me. I try to encourage my team to be ahead of scheduled targets.
