Good experience working for a renowned local South African artist.

It was an honour working for Carrol Boyes as she is an astounding female Artist and entrepreneur. The opportunity gained me knowledge not just of the brand itself, but customer service, administrative skills, different clientele from all over the world.

Excellent learning curve

Head office is absolutely ri they do not emphasize with in store employees, they do not have the understanding of the dynamics of different stores and are very inconsiderate of the day retail employees that basically pay everyone's salaries diculous

It has been a great learning experience especially for management side

I have been assisting the manager for almost a year now but there is no sign of recognition. Management post are being given to outsides candidates only.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with people from outside the continent
Cons: Long working hours and lots of work that is not paid for

New racist and micro managing leadership

The new management in the the past year is racist and micro manages people. Does not listen to opinions of staff and decides on behalf of everyone . The culture of the company has flipped 100. People are unhappy and the company has now made it impossible to reach set targets
