New working environment

I love everything about this company. I have grown professionally and personally. What I enjoy most is I can have a free flow to all the departments. Working culture is good.

New Challenges

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years I have been promoted 3 times in the last 8 years. The experience I posses is more as a Clerk because I have worked as a count clerk before.

New experience

My shift start at 07h45 but I am always at work say 06h30 I enjoy to start my work before my co-workers come and most of the reports the upload at 06h45. I am a leader of 12 staff members I enjoy working and with them even sometimes we don't see things the same that's part of life. I came to Carousel with Matric certificate with no experience they teach me and they took me to School and they paid for my development. I enjoy to be part of this BIG family my Job is so nice even when I am off or on leave when they call me I make myself available that's how I enjoy my work. The challenging part is when my department is not balancing to look for mistake it took your energy.
