Need a new job

There's not much money in the hair industry and it's very competitive and working with lots of women is not easy lots of gossiping amongst staff and management takes you years to really get on your feet there is no medical benefits and if there is , it's very poor , there is no bonus at the end of the year. You don't get paid the same every month it verifi from month to month so it's very unstable

Excellent learning curve.

Here we worked hard. I got to meet wonderful people. On certain days with 54 staff members and about another 50 or more clients would be crazy but when the clients left happy and the staff gave it their best and reached their target was the greatest part of it all, I loved ever minute of it.

Excellent learning curve and a great starting point.

it is a very great company to work for, the hours are quite long and it can get very busy which gives one great experience when it comes to dealing with clients and problem solving. there is commission made from selling retail products which is also good practise for sales as well.

Excellent

Booking and confirmed with clients appointments Do cash up and banking the daily money. Attending to email and to stock take.its a great pleasure to work with different people and communicate with them.and also a good listener when they have the quiries with their hair do.and will come up with the solution of how to deal with the issue. I am an honest person and friendly young lady whose always punctual and wants to learn more and know more about the company.and have an ideal to make the company business successful

Amazing learning programmer and training

They are great with their education system and focus on giving their staff the highest level of training in the industry. They focus on client satisfaction and use amazing products. I learned all my skills, such as: reception duties, stock control and client relations by being put into tough spots but came out with the experience I need to change my career

Good starting position

Typical work day consists of coming in and doing my work. If my Director is there we are told to be quiet, don't have an eating area so we just bring our lunch, warm it, eat while sitting and working at our desks. I would not recommend anyone to join this team if they are looking for a place to settle down into. I'd recommend this position to a recently graduated student desperate to just gain some experience. ( I typed this entire message without being able to see what I am typing. I am impressed, hehe)

Pros: Good starting position for experience.
Cons: No room for growth
