Very hectic to work with customers.but you end up enjoying because its an every day job,we keep customers happy with the co- workers from the security until he/ she goes out at the till point.I've learned a lot on how to keep a customer happy, I enjoyed seeing regular customer everyday cos it shows that they are happy, the most challenging aspect of the job is when a customer is angy

Pros: working hard might end up being on a good position
Cons: long working hours is advantage of growing the business

I like problem solving, I have to solve queries on a regular basis.

I like problem solving, and doing the daily cashup help with that as I have to solve queries on a regular basis. Job description is ever growing and I have learnt several skills since I started here, I however do feel that it is time to move on

Pros: Learnt alot about daily cash operations
Cons: Long working hours
