Excellent Growth Opertunity

As a food & beverage manager for the past 9 year, I have worked in several properties. Boutique Hotels, 4* Hotels, 5* Hotels, 5* Game Lodge, Casino Outlets, Theme Park Entertainment environment. Day to day running of the F&B Operations, conferencing & banqueting. Over the years I have learnt to either improve on standards at minimal cost to the business, but mostly to improve the profitability of any environment. Working in several properties, with varies different personalities and challenges in each property I have learnt the success of problem solving and varies ways to accomplish a successful outcome. As a leader I have learnt to appreciate the buy in of your staff, when implementing change. What I enjoy most about the Food & Beverage industry, is that you will never experience the same day twice. You can use your creativity to the fullest, be as innovative as possible but always ensure that your business' profitability is at the forefront.
