I worked overtime I believe to work overtime to assis company to make better revenue.

Ive worked for 8 years in Standard Bank Nelspruit. Me and my familu relocated to Benoni where I startedbat Carlbank Mining Contracts which ia a labour broker of all major logistick companies an many other. We assist all the financing of the company and we were basickly the HR for all the major companies. I basicky run everything for two of the companies. The reason for moving is to be back in our home townt to atart a new life in a place that is familiar. And to let our children grow up here. We always wantwd to be back here. For permanently.

Pros: Im a hard worker througout Standard bank. I had alot of opportunities to grow in the company up until Business Banker. I always had a great year end appraisal. Calbank mining the same. Alao worked in various departments until I ended up in Financkal department. Also extra bonuses earned where other poeple didnt reveive.
Cons: Iv work long hours at Standard bank. After hours and over weekends. Also on Sundays. No overtime was given. But I wanted to perdorm to the beat I can. At Carbank Mining Contracts I worked alot od overtime. Also not paid for it. But I dis it to make deadlines. And my motto is that hoe harder you work you can make a change to your company. Brining in more income for company

Eager to learn, adjust easily to new environment, reliable, and hard worker

i am currently employed at a recruiting agency an d i work as an HR consultant, i select best candidates, do background check n reference conduct interviews, disciplinary matters, general admin duties and payroll. I work at a very busy environment because the client can request to see people now, and i have to make sure we choose best applicants with all references and clean record, good communication skills before sent to the client. my relationship with co-workers is not on a good level because they think im a threat and might take over their positions because of my hard work, education background and high spirit, i enjoy working as an HR consultant because you work with different people everyday and you learn a lot on daily basis you also learn to be patient, and adjust to work under pressure, and reaching deadlines.

Working at CMC was a great experience & I've learned a lot from the organization.

I've worked with different people within the organization, it's culture, it's really great. Everyone working there is willing to help you with anything. The atmosphere is very good, the staff is polite & very energetic. It's a blessing to work for such a company

I want to be in pretoria located. I worke in Nelapruit at Standard Bank and moved to Johannesburg and workes at Carlbank mining contracts pty ltd. My main aim id to locate permanantly in Pretoria. My home town. Ive learnes and attended alot of courses and workshops. And I want to work in a company for a very long period. Pretoria is my hometown. Im one with this place. Ive tried other cities. But this is where I belong.

Pros: I would like to work on longbterm basis. And my hatd work might show the company who I tealy am.
Cons: As a bookkeeper at CMC global. We worked late houer to finish al financial needs and deadlines. I love working. Its a passion for me to do something gteat for a company
