Occupational health clinic have around more than 10 years,management is never greatful,empty promises when it comes to earnings, do not earn any bonus at all.

Pros: No salary increase no bonuses no promotions
Cons: TOo much pressure

Good communication and interspersonal

it good working in this company because i come across with diiferent challenges everyday and thats alone broden my problem solving skills. The relationship is effective with co-workers. Its always good to work with different people with different background because i learn how to communicate very well n maintain good attitude towards people in the working environment.

Pros: great opportunity for learning
Cons: normal working hours
