Learning new products and train the rest of the team on new launching products

A typical work day at my company will be driving sales and reaching our daily and monthly targets. If we fall behind target we will have a marathon day working from 08 am to 18:00 pm with minimal breaks and incentives for the best sales team for the day. We will have competitions amongst other sale's team and make the long work day fun with numerous games but focus on the task at hand to make revenue for the company.

Excellent learning skills

I learnt a lot during the period of my services at Care Call which made me a good Sales Person . I learnt how to handle objections effectively and to work pressure and perfom to the best of my ability. I learnt how to meet deadlines and have proper management of my time. I learnt to work as team player and as well as individually. I also learnt to communicate with clients proffessionally and exceed their expactatations .

Very challenging and fun

It's very challenging as we speak to different people solving their technical problem. We need to be a step ahead of the client. We learn new things every day and we work long hours. As my company has different compain we are able to work in their departments and learn new things everyday. The is a new room to learn new things everyday. I enjoyed calling clients to confirm their address and Make sure we meet their request. The most challenging aspect is helping customers who doesn't have the full information about them self

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is to insure agent reaches daily target and coaching agents daily I have a very good working relationship with my Co- workers What I've learned is you can always learn something new from someone regardless their position at work Marathon days at work with my team Most challenging aspect at work is to reach target before knock off time everyday
