Excellent learning curve.

It was a great learning experience working for car service city. On a typical day will come in the morning greated by already waiting customers at the reception area. I will quickly offer them tea/ coffee before the cleaning lady arrives. Open job cards or quotations for them. I worked well with my colleagues although it was challenging, but I enjoyed being part of a lovely team.

Its great to be at work

it has been a long time when i enjoyed coming to work this much i am so happy to be of a service to customer and you can see how happy they are with the service and everyone's effort to be of a great service to them, at our branch we all understand the importance to make sure the customer is... not just happy but very happy

Pros: for me it has been a Great opportunity to learn how to run a franchise
Cons: some days its very quiet no customers at all and one can easily lose hope or doubt the potential to get the turn over required to survive

Always up for a challange

We work monday to saterday My duties book in cars manege the staff allocate work load order parts follow up on engineering work comunicate with customers ... Make sore all work gets done and right ..

Im a excellent learner

I am a hard worker i never give up until a task is done. I'm good in working with a team and i can also do very well on my own. I can handle pressure and i give my all in to growing a business.

Pros: I got to learn that by been in front of house you have to make good decisions to grow the company
Cons: I work long hours with out any pay but i dont complain becouse at the end off day the job needs to be done
