Excellent growth achievement

I do like to spend lot of time in the field, working with crops. I also believe that at work we meet the second family. So I normaly like to be open with my colleagues. I prefer to leave later from work as long as I just finished my work for a day..

Pros: Growth in experience
Cons: Overtime
