Excellent experience in working industry & good for starters
My daily duties would be to open accounts, sell the product that a client does not have e.g internet banking, issue loans, maintain a good relationship with a client like a typical banker would. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues and management who also train me with management duties with the potential i have, they allow me to do admin duties like delegating duties, planning the roster for the day, compiling team objectives for the day, general admin duties like mandating & loans, sending emails for any required assistance from the regional offices, dealing with client queries, solving work related issues in the branch, card stock, deceased accounts, handed over accounts, etc. I really enjoy the management side of my job because i believe i lead a team well because my colleagues love my ideas and suggestions. The thing i find most challenging is me growing in the company because i am sometimes seen to be a young man who is not experienced and well equipped.

I enjoyed working with people and had a great relationship with my colleagues and management. I learnt to work with the team and brainstorming new ideas.The most challenging aspect is long hours and having difficulties getting a resting day

Wondrful experience
Not a bad bank.however the hours are are long and as a new employee,you would have to work 6 days a week till you accumulate hours to take day offs.its not really a flexible job.

Learning something new every day
Im seeking a job where I can excell and work myself towards a goal. In 5 years time i wabt to be in a management position. I have the knowlesge hut nit the papers,but are willing to study. Im want to re locate in order ti start a new lufe and better carreer. I want to do more project costing. I want to excell in my accoubting degree

It a horrible company to work for nogrowth long hours no leave days. Can even buy decorations for Christmas. Management constantly lair about making a change just over worked and under paid.....

Good to learn in mistakes
I love my most current job role because we always play fun game related to our branch goal. We give our self target for the day and we do pressurise our self to make it at the end of the day.

2nd Time of getting an opportunity to work for a Big Bank permanently
As a Fixed Assets Administrator, I am responsible for all the administration, Tracking, Reconciliation Transfer Retirement and query handling for Capitec Bank’s Fixed Assets Great Environment, Good Team Player and work well with co-workers Liasing wit h other sisterly Departments' Not having a Standard Procedure is the most challenging aspect as this leads to inconsistency
