An excellent start for a professional individual
A typical work day: - Assisting clients -Admin catch up and capturing of new and existing clients' details. - Supporting the Assistant Branch Manager with development discussions and monthly planning, -Performance contracting to fellow service consultants. -Dealing efficiently with client calls in the absence of the Branch Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager. -Actively supporting the Branch Manager with contiuous improvement initiatives/actions, and provide input into coaching opportunities. -Time management control. - Assisting in the development of new staff members. - Assist colleagues. - Giving regular feedback to new staff members on their progress and development areas. My relationship with my colleagues -Professional, jpking, happy and productive. What have I learnt: - Importance of teamwork and time management. What do I enjoy most: - Management that is not only approachable. The most challenging aspects of the job: -Being undermined and unappreciated.
Pros: It is a great opportunity to grow as an individual and also a professional. It gives you a sense of emotional maturity and it teaches you how to successfully communicate to your fellow consultants and clients.
Cons: Long working hours, people who constantly question your authority, not being praised for a job well done, newer/lesser qualified consultants being promoted/recognized above you and your efforts and hard work.

To work well with others
It is a very busy organisation,sales and marketing is involved dealing with clients financial issues,I am a very social person who work well with others, iv learnt how to work independenty always ask if I don't understand being punctual to a work environment. I enjoy the most working with a good team to achieve targets that are required as a team which lead to achieving team awards as a branch. The most challenging aspect is to maintain targets in all aspects because I would always fight to be at the top evrymonth.

Excellent learning curve but evil people manager
Client service, sales & marketing, credit application, processing transactions and jealousy people who spread rumours snakes back stabbers it a great company but it management will be it downfall love the company it growing and I believe in it that it will prosper in future regardless

Good customer service will bring note clients and sales, and builds lasting relationships
A typical 8 - 5 job with possibility of longer hours depending on the volume of clients. Team work very essential in order to achieve objectives of the branch and communication levels are open between management and staff.challenging part is making sure your reach the targets set and the great part about it is when clients appreciates the service that you offer.what I have learnt is that to work effectively as a team you need to put differences aside and respect each other.

Excellent
Excellent growth oppprtunities. More needed on the employee benefits side as there is no medical aid or provident fund only paid by employee. But for a new employee who is starting up in the industry the company has great opportunities and their training is very good.

Strong and High on live
eonard is a sympathetic, empathic affable and helpful person. Leonard has a tendency to appreciate tradition and hold a great deal of interest in maintaining established rules and procedures. He is an open warm and friendly person. Leonard loves planning to the smallest detail for maximum effect. Fiercely loyal to his friends, prepared to sacrifice his own wants for the needs of others. He is optimistic about life in general and human potential in particular. One of his strength is the ability to allow people to work and perform at their own pace coupled with an awareness of the unique contribution each person makes.

My everyday
a like my job theres always challenges, my co workers and i have a good understanding if theres ever problems i sort it out, im just looking for a new challenge and something that i will love

Good learning curve
I work in a very busy company as we deal with clients on daily basis. We have a really good relationship with my colleagues as we are able to work as team more especial busy days.Working at Capitec bank has taught me how to be very patient and to work as a team in order to reach targets. what i enjoyed the most is having team buildings, having team learning sessions and the team spirit we have.the most changeling aspects of the job is having to deal with ignorant clients on busy days, but out of the challenges i have faced i have lot from them.

Service Assistant
Administrative and supervisory support on housekeeping related matters to the Service Coordinator. working alone with little to no supervision is great. i enjoy that i am not desk bound for a huge part of the day. challenging aspect of the day is having to walk between campus buildings is extreme weather conditions; rain and heat

I have grown as much as what I could during my time at Capitec.
A typical work day within the department I am in would consist of straight work and no play. There is no time for any extra activities. When I get to work, along with my colleagues, we immediately start working up until it is time to leave. It does not sound like much goes on around here and that is probably the case. Some would think I am making this up, but I am only being as honest as possible.
Pros: None, growth is limited.
