I feel that it a great company to work for, it builds relationships and embrace changes at all times. Every person's input and opinion is noticed and attended to accordingly. I have acted in a managerial positions in many occasions and embraced that opportunity hence i suggested everyone should be given a opportunity to literally feel it, and i believe that what keeps us strong, Unity and Dedication is the ultimate key. Challenging aspects is when thing are not going according to plan and we all have to improvise and sacrifice, all in all, we all love what we do.
Pros: It a great platform for growth, particularly to people with a growth mindset. Every opportunity is within reach, it only takes resilience and focus.
Cons: Long working hours, demotivating salary structures and most importantly, internal politics, which I often use as a motivating too.

Excellent learning environment
It has been a great experience, I have learnt people management and have been exposed to various situation's which are positive and negative and it has been a learning in how to work with people and motivate to get the best put.Sales and client service was my string point and working with the team allowed for challenges to be overcome.
Pros: Great learning ground
Cons: New management brings in new micro management which in a banking field cannot succeed.

Learning curve
I work in a client based environment and being client centric is of utter most importance.on a normal day I deal with issuing of credit , settlements even submission leads for possible home loans as well as dealing with fraud cases whereby investigation has to be conducted ,I also am in charge of planning the day and lunch on our system so that operational requirements are met for the optimizing if the business during working hours and capturing of leave days .. working in the banking environment is tougher than it may seem because it's challenging and demanding of time and real effort but I enjoy working with people and I love helping and being face to face making a real difference in the lives of other even if be it in a small way is more than enough for me.
Pros: Has opportunity but it's hard to go up easily
Cons: Normal retail hours , 6days a week

Great learning environment. Tools provided to better yourself on a continuous basis. Ample growth opportunities. Face pace environment. Excellent client service experience. High sales drive and passion required to succeed. Target based environmental.

Excellent reputation
They're treating us as shit and make us work long hours and pay us less. The management bewitching employees that are succeeding in life. They are not fair at all!!!!

Excellent learning environment
I am not employed at the moment I left my job to look for another one. My experience at Capitec was great, alot of hours though and your social life or personal life gets affected.

Great learning environment
Working at Capitec bank is a great learning environment dealing with all banking needs of our clients. Working in a team is great to achieve monthly branch targets. I enjoy dealing with new people and getting exposed to new innovations in banking daily. Challenges include fraud attempts working under pressure and stress.

Good learning exposure
A good company to work for especially when you love interacting with clients everyday. Ridiculously long working hours. I learn new things everyday like how to deal with difficult clients and building up my confidence everyday. Work well as a team with co-workers. And the most challenging part about my job as a service consultant is when I'm not able to exceed my targets. Overall it is a great job for sales people and Bankers.

Excellent learning curve however no growth opportunity in field of expertise
Capitec is a great start to your career. They offer employment and ask for little or no qualifications. It’s a great company to work for while planning your career but not to stay over a long period of time especially if you have no desire to be in a management position as the only growth prospects available are for management positions. The company is also not unionized making it extremely difficult to log grievances. Most employees are only there because they have families to take care of

A good start to a career. Stepping stone to much better opportunitiesn the future. Learning experience in terms of dealing with different kinds of clients, cultures of people, working with different personalities.
