Cons: I have no complaints about any job, I love what I do because I love my life.

Great company to work for

Greathggg people , tegam work all the time.team b. There is always someone available to assist, we meet mew people on a daily basis, trainings for each and every new programs .uildings have made us a can't.

Pros: Growth available
Cons: There actually is no privacy/ confidentiality when it comes to management and advisors

Learning curve

Worked with great people who pour their heart out to get the work done. I love my colleagues .

Worked with great people who pour their heart out to get the work done. I love my colleagues . My work day is coming in and focus on helping the clients on line have a better experience in their shopping all day . Help them make the right choice in clothing.

Pros: Connect program is a great program if used to its full capacity .
Cons: More recognition at the whe all KPI's are in place.

Great experience

Every day at work feels depressing as the company does not notice hard work , i get to work and there is no communication between employees , i have learnt that taking all your collegues in to consideration, basically i learnt what not to do to a fellow collegue , i enjoyed the training , and the most challenging thing are the customer and the leaders above you , gave you no support what so ever

Pros: transport home after shift
Cons: long working hours, and no growth
