Good

It great to work for capital its one of the best agencies in the country. Their pay rate its reasonable. However the working hours they r abnormal. One have to work 6-6 nights if your on night shift and its 6 days a week. So its 11 hours when we minus 1hour for lunch. The relationship with coworkers its great we are like brothers . i enjoy the fact that its a competitive environment but most of all we work as a team. The most challenging aspect of the job is that we are working an abnormal shift &, we do not have enough time to rest compared to day shift guys, everyday we've to give it our 100% since we have our individual targets as well as Capital plus Pick & Pay targets that we have to meet.

Pros: you can achieve your daily target
Cons: long working hours. Bad attitude from Managent including supervisors.

Doing my job in the perfect way

I like working with people, i'm always available for everyone to ask me everthing about my job. I like presentation like group chart. I like to improve my job daily like asking questions for what i'm not understanding. I'm always making sure that i'm doing right thing in the right time. I very proud to see my boss happy about my job. When i'm at work my job is my first priority. I feel good to see very happy at work place

I would like to earn more than i am getting as i have many years exsperance

I am hard working and work good with and without supervision also well under pressure and always deliver on tym my work is neat and on tym and what i love is every day u learn more u can not no every thing every day is a challenge i look for ward for work every day

I am a hard worker n i easley adapt in any work environment n like dealing

What I've like about working as a picker is that they use see to give vouchers for those who deserve them best pickers ..n i like working together with other people to work as a team.hopefully i also enjoy working with u there

Pros: I'm 100% sure that we r going to work nicely with u seguys there since I'm a trustworthy person who is willing to learn more in other to make company grow and also to increase my knowledge
Cons: at least that side I'm going to work normal hours that what I'm happy about

Dear Employer My name is Yanga Mlobeli from Thembisa Extension 7.I am an Human resources management graduate.I obtained my B.A Degree in the year 2015.I am contacting you in regards to the internship currently available in the organization . My application is For the Human resource management internship position. I have no previous work experience in the field and that makes it difficult to get employment. I have worked in two warehouses (Shoprite and Pick and PAy) has a picker under agent. My position was to pick and load stock in the truck. Am well known for playing soccer in my community and one the few people who went to university and finished. My soccer team mate and my community look up to me, I do motivate the youth to focus in school not just in the play ground.
