Not a positive work environment

Management needs some people skills. My experience was very bad. Lots of breaking down of staff, demotivating and looking down on people. I unfortunately cannot give a good review as my experience was bad from the word go. I will not recommend anyone for this company

Great learning experience

I was the first candidate employed for Capital Legacy at the FMS group. I managed 50 advisor relationships aswell as their clients. I had my own office and excellent assistance from headquarters. I was treated fairly and with respect. I built good relationships with clients and made quality sales. I often saw clients after working hours. I drafted Wills and sold an estate product witch paid good commission. I enjoyed the importance of my job and the board meetings which demanded a higher thought. The most challenging was working towards deadlines and creating new business from scratch. Also gaining my Re5 cert. Took a few trys.
