Excellent promotion

I was working at my previous job three months ago, the environment was good and i have learnt a lot of skills there since we were dealing with customers directly to their work premises and home, i have learnt communication skill because every day we were communicating to different people with different attitudes and personalities, i have learnt customer service skill, team worker. the most challenging aspect was to get 15 people per day to buy the medical care product .

Pros: A great opportunity to be a Franchise Owner
Cons: Long working hours, getting paid by commission and no transport allowance provided to go the field work from the office,

Excellent learning curve

Capital growth teach us how to follow our dreams everyday and how to reach your goal for the day what I enjoy the most is morning meetings because in those meeting we motivate each other

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion as i was promoted to be a trainer in few weeks back

Excellent learning curve

I really enjoy working at that company because i had a good connection with my co worker and we understood each other and the atmosphere at the work place was lute. I also learnt alot alot how to promote the products how to speak to the customer self respect is needed.what I enjoyed the most was when I pitch the customer and being on the feild speaking to different people, The most challenging aspect was closing the deal most people would love your pitch and show interests but when it to signing the deals there start having objections not wanting to sign. I really enjoyed working at capital growth there know how to treat people.

Excellent learning curve

Think on your feet and teaches problem solving skills everyday as you meet clients face to face.allows all the team players to have a meeting stating our goal for the week, how we plan on implementing them.most challenging aspect was being paid according to Target reached.

I have learnt a lot from capital growth it gave me room to grow buid my confidence and gave me negotiation skills , communication skills, Marketing skills and sales skills.

Excellent learning curve

Its a very hard work with a lot of benefits. Relationship building at Capital Growth plays a huge part in your success of the company. I have learnt how to work with difficult people as well as teaching and training people. I enjoyed being pushed out of my comfort zone everyday. The most challenging part of my job was the long hours of work and the lack of pay for it.

Worst working experience

Working hours: 7am - 7pm. It's Extremely tiring, constantly having to walk to find prospective clients, having to travel far as well. The job is also really dangerous, constantly having to go up to different people or to their houses or to get in their car. My co workers always flirt with clients. My relationship with co workers was uncomfortable, they spoke behind one anothers backs. My trainer never trained my properly.

Capital Growth Journey and Experience

Upon working for Capital Growth the Fast paced environment fed my ability to learn and adapt and absorb new Leadership and Office Management Techniques based on the Requirment of the Director. The open door policy and line of communication made it easy to perform duties daily and help out the Senior Recruiter once my recruitment and Sales Administration tasks were completed.

Pros: Friendly team and support structure
Cons: Based on nature of company agents are recruited and headhunted every second week due to sales environment and nature of recruitment.

Excellent learning curves

Challenging environment and very much competitive with lots of skills Development With Friendly Colleagues Work day 07:00-17:00 I have learnt a lot in terms of selling and marketing The most challenging things is to walk a long distance all around the Field I enjoy inter acting with people of which it's Customer's as well as my colleagues
