I am an intellectual, curius and organised individuil who is hugry for success.

Working for Capital Group gives me positive attitude towards everybody I work with. its because the people there are very positive and self driven to work as a team. early in the morning each and every day we gather to encourage us to stay positive at all times. the challenges we face when selling the medical care to people. 90 percent of the people will say no to the product and only 10 percent will say yes on the product. we even meet rude customers but we have to stay calm at times. positive body language, smile and knowing what you selling is very important.

Very disorganized

owners good people but business overall management is very disorganized. everyday is crisis management. no order, lack of disciplines, bad communiction. too many issues from depatch and logistics causing huge problems for accounts. no cover of Drs book. too many to mention.

Pros: nice people
Cons: expect you to live at work.

Growth is there but no money.

I am busy learning on how to do Revenue. I am been given a chance to explore my experience. I enjoy being able to go out and look for business. Negotiating of rates.

Excellent service

I believe that i can achieve more in life and i am willing to work harder to achieve the best for my family. I have been employed for 10 years i started of as the highest ranking sales man in company in the retail and wholesale division thus working my way up to manage over 65 commercial propertys making sure rental is paid on time keeping law and order and maintenance as well..
