Love what i Do

My day begins with review each of our companies Bank Statements to allocate whatever payments have been made to customer accounts. Then review each age analysis and follow up on Debtors who did not fulfill the payments commitments. Review emails and resolve customer queries. Call customers that need special attention I have an excellent relationship with co-workers. I have learnt to listen more before responding to others. I enjoy resolving queries and having the customers content. The most challenging aspect is waiting on others that need to give feedback on queries
