Work is not our happy place

I have a wonderful relationship with all staff members from cleaners to management. I am referred to as the "mom" in the company. A typical day at work is hectic. I stand in for anyone that is not in or not available. I do everyone's work if they are not on as well as handle our reception and switchboard. I take between 80 - 120 calls daily. I work hours expected by company and extra. I have learnt how dealerships work. I most enjoy seeing and assisting customers. To have a customer leave happy is joy I cant explain. The most challenging aspect of my job has been to keep customers happy and also management and staff. Assisting clients with their complaints and sorting out complaints and having happy clients leave is great!

Pros: Get to work with people all the time
Cons: Long working hours, no room for growth in Company and lack of respect from management towards staff in general.

Excellent learning curve

professional work ethics and leadership.very much coordination amongst coworkers and management supportive employers and there’s a lot of learning experience within the organization as there’s is employee development programs

Good learning experience

This is a good company serving as a stepping stone to the industry but their corporate culture and management conduct is not enabling to the employee to achieve an yield good results.

Pros: Getting referrals from a good service basis
Cons: no appreciation for efforts given
