Work great under pressure

Being where I work now is learning curve I have been at my current company for past 3yrs and I have learned how to be patient with customers and set up payment plan and handle customer queries.my relationship with my co-workers is amazing I have learned to work in groups and individually as well I have learned self discipline and self management at my current employment just to mention a few .the most challenging aspect is not knowing what to expect with the customer I am going to be dealing with but I have learned to adapt to the different personalities and customer queries.

Great learning experience

It's great Learning was fun Ups and downs but fun Great learning experience Shifts are long and awkward Never get to see my family often Off days were fun Love helping customers Friendly and helpful Time wise experience well Vocabulary improvement

A crazy bunch of people to work with.Very helpful . You meet new people everyday. Capita makes life easier and exciting. Acknowledgments are always given, which makes you feel valued. It's not just about the customer but about the employee too.
