Good working condition

I have a good relationship with my colleagues. We understand each other and respect one another.We work together as a team to achieve our goals as employees. We do team building just to know each other better. I have learnt the importance of meeting the companies needs and exceed. How important it is to build a relationship with your clients in terms of business. Providing excellent service gives reward. Treating other people the same way you would like to be treated. I enjoy helping other people and I am always willing to assist. I am very passionate about customer service. I also enjoy spending time with my colleagues as we share information that assist us to handle things in a better way. The most challenging aspect of this job is when you deal with angry customers because you need to satisfy the client at end of the call,you need to provide solution to the issue at hand. Another challenge is when you receive fraud documents because there is a certain procedure that you need to follow.

Cons: we work minimam hours which is half day most of the time

I be came a 2 in command for the team leader position

i enjoyed working at capfin its good company with a lot of growth. People in a call center are friendly sometimes but they have their days .When i came to capfin i was new to this industry but being with the company i have learnt a lot i don't regret working for he company but its time to grow. Working for the company for these years i enjoyed every moment especial the company events are great.The most challenging aspects its when you must meet the target of the month .

Cons: 9 hours daily 45 hours weekly

Was on a underwriting project recently

Typical day would be rotational shifts from 7-6 and Saturday's included, I've got an awesome relationship with my team manager, Capfin also taught me a few things in life especially when it comes to personal finance not to spend recklessly and then to depend on loans which leaves you in debt. Them again it's awesome working at capfin

Pros: None really, just awesome team members
Cons: Long hours and weekends are not cool at all work till 4

Adapting to change and being patient

Adapting as we are working with different people who have different cultures. Working individually and within a team,providing a team spirit. Taking Ownership as there's no I in the team. Challenging as it comes to language barrier, some clients would insist even though they are unable to communite due to being in need. Taking negative outcomes and make them positive. Despite the situation you have to go an extra mile in assist the needs /wants of the clients. Better working environment. Listen skills Overall targets that have to be reached.

Excellent learning curve in the call centre department

Capfin was my first permanent employment job as I had been struggling to find work in Pretoria I had to move to CapebTown for the opportunity. I had to adapt to a new environment and learn a new language (Isixhosa).

Pros: Great stepping stone towards being a team leader, quality assessor even call centre manager.
Cons: Working Shifts
