EXPERIENCED QUALITY CONTROLLER
Very challenging with the new policy and system to be adopted. Working with people on a daily basis seeking to be strategic in work and character. There is no place for a mistakes as that cost the organisation so one need to be precise and exact regarding application of methods and decision-making. I value every member of the organisation even those who are below me with level by listening, encouraging, teaching and even coaching in order to arrive to the place of perfection and ability to reach targets. Projects involve strategy and understanding, pursue by desire to reach targets and spending what is in the budget. Being on the site or field I enjoy much as it also exposes me to the style of work within our service provider. Spending a lot of time at work due to high level of work load, targets and demand for work. working with people will never be perfect but it can develop overtime not only led by targets by one's wellbeing.

I gained experience having worked for HR and Legal Services.
A typical day at work is me opening files for Contracts, Lease Agreements, MOUs, formatting of documents, keeping control of files going in and out, filling, answering calls and accepting requests from staff and giving administrative support to the Legal Services Manager. I had to learn the supply chain processes because I do a lot of claims, travel arrangements and buying. In order for our work to run smoothly I have built work relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What i enjoy the most is having to format contracts that are worth millions and my manager trusts me to keep privileged information. The most challenging part of the job is when I have to request outstanding information from internal and external stakeholder, I have to be humble and patient because I deal with different types of people.

Fast changing environment quick, learning curve, good exposure
Part a a Jew team so position is under the limelight. Great exposure but great pressure to perform. Highly stressful environment . Flexible working hours. Decent salary. No perks for salary

To many internal hate among colleagues
To many personal hate among colleagues, no teamwork and people looking at each other what they are doing and reporting each other and trying to get on managements good side, management not making decision on their own listening to non-management working in lower positions what to do

Excellent learning curve
Best platform to showcase the skills one has, and also to make a difference in people's lives. The work is demanding and there are no growth opportunities. Also no incentives to keep the staff motivated.

Great learning platform
Very structured in terms of processes but easy going laid back corporate culture. Open door policy. Management always available to listen. Not really any development opportunities. Deadline driven but not too fast paced. Parastatal but great place if you want to learn about government regulatory processed.

I have learned the process behind Service Legal Agreement in the past two years
I have certainly grown with regards to administration duties over the past 4 years at CapeNature. Having moved to three departments has played a huge role in my development. i can confidently call myself a professional and efficient administrator.
