Excellent place to start as a retailer

We are a 2 man operation at the company just me and the boss we work a 09H00 - 17h30 job, we work as a team cause if you don't then it ain't fun my boss is a understanding,caring man he can be a bit harsh sometimes but that's cause he is the boss.. I've been working here for the past 3 years and I've learned not just so much from the company from my boss the clients and the reps.. Its important to always pay attention. The fun facts of working here is you get discount on the brands and sometimes when your lucky enough the reps give you free items.. i have a good working relationship with my boss so that i can stand in for him when he has leave or when he is sick.. the most challenging aspects of my job is always making sure the clients walk out with a smile and is happy with there product and there customer service cause a bad product or customer service is not right. always smile be polite try and help them as far as you can even go the extra mile if you have to.

Typical Working Day 09H00 - 18H00 Working day Have a great Boss We Are Only 2 At The Shop Have Learned - customer care,assisting and making sure customers are happy with there purchase, how to achieve targets and boost company name, having a good client relationship,marketing and sales. most enjoy is season time when all the overseas clients come back for there yearly holiday most challenging would be not having a happy client
