Life as a Food technologist at CNTP

Life at CNTP was a joy. Every day I would do a quick screening of the previous day production and draw COAs for the client, do data capturing and sign off documents. I had an awesome relationship with my coworkers, we strive for the same goal, I learned a lot about raw, in progress and final product tea tasting and I enjoyed that a lot. The challenges came about when there was miscommunication between my department and the production team, which happened a lot and that would cause delays to meeting the target.

Pros: After a year working as a quality controller, I was promoted to quality assurance officer, I was very good at what I did, my managers saw potential
Cons: As Quality Assurance Officer, I was in charge of raw materials, in processing material, final products training of new recruit and SOPs, when my team failed at something it hit my part of the job really badly, my worked depended mostly on the work of the quality controller and each year we would have new recruit, and I had to deal with new mistakes and repeated training

Good only to gain working experience

It's a good place to gain experience, but not a lot of skills can be learned there. A typical work day is very tedious and my supervisor has ill intent with me and my co-workers by not giving proper instructions or states that we do the wrong work after giving an instruction, in which he does not take responsibility for anything wrong on his part and can be very racist.

Pros: To gain experience
Cons: very low salary, no chance for promotion

Supervision, operations management and staff management

I'm very passionate, energetic and reliable candidate who can believe. Day to day duties ensure smooth and efficiency operations target meets. Oversee different macherry and employee performance. Liasing with quality, engineering and stores. Planning production looking closely to our sales forecasts. Advising management on continuous improvement and key performance area (KPA) for organisation.

Pros: Flexibility,effeciency, driven with target
Cons: Long hours, high temperature conditions
