My day starts @ 7h30 with overseeing all drivers do checks on their vehicles & if any issues fixable i attend to it otherwise see that vehicles being send to dealership. I have a good relationship with most of the guys but you do know its highly impossible to satisfy everyone as some guys will always challenge you when you have to reprimand them. Ive learned patience,and not everyone you can handle the same as everyone have different personalities.. I enjoy every challenge i get as it stimulate your growth. Dealing with suppliers where you have to negotiate deals for the company's financial well-being.. NO

Pros: Good exposure for getting promotion or finding better opportunity @ other companies
Cons: Can never say you leaving @ 5
