I love the work that i do and the pressure that comes with the job. I enjoy the people that i work with. I have learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience working here. I have good communication skills and I consider myself assertive and accurate and pay attention to detail. I love the challenges that comes with the job as I consider myself a well organized person that meets her deadlines.

Excellent learning curve

Start working at 06H30 doing emails and follow-up by manage and implement the Company’s Retail Sales function, achieve regional market penetration, development and market distribution targets Going out in the Trade and manage 3rd party merchandisers to ensure their optimum performance within the stores doing store Audits and manage 3rd Party Sales/Reps in all retail stores: Pick n Pay, Game, Makro, Spar, Shoprite, Foodlovers, Foodzone, Ok Stores, Whole Sale and Small independent stores. I have learnt the ability to cope with failures and learn from mistakes. I enjoy teamwork, working under pressure and love communication. I am working with 3rd party sales team who have 40 principals. The most challenging part of my job is to make sure that Managers and Reps/merchandisers are always aware of my product/training and promotions in all channels.

Pros: I have been give all tools to do my job to the best of my ability.
Cons: Our Head Office is based in Cape Town and this makes it difficult to get support immediately by solving problems.

Company restructruring

My typical day, starts with checking helpdesk queries check the printers for low toners check emails always have good relation with co-workers, I have learnt to listen thoroughly before answering anything Assisting with our maintenance team or electrical issues

Pros: Good company
Cons: too little communication amongst seniors

Excellent Learning Curve

There is no normal day at my current job. Everyday is a different challenge. I have great interpersonal skills with my co workers. I'm always learning something whether it be work related or how to handle situations within a working environment. The key aspect for me is to always have respect for your co workers and always try to have an open mind. It is not always easy dealing with people some or more difficult than others. My most challenging aspect of my job is to make sure that i get my Customers are always happy.

Always alot to learn in production

open factory switching on machinery production planning Signing and sorting out Po's Stock counts and stock takes production meetings labour scheduling new product development minimizing waste trying to avoid bottle necks before it happens time studys of product,lines minimize downtime fixing machinery and labour

Pros: Great oppertunity for growth through hard work
Cons: when hard work is not seen

Excellent learning curve,looking for more and new experience.

Leadership weak and no change for me to move forward.No promotion opportunity. Very good working relationship with workers and college's. I have learned a lot about leadership, communication, targets being met,handling difficult staff member ,work around problem solving.what I enjoy most was being fair to all staff members treat them as they were my family at home ,but when we got targets to be meet we worked as a team .Great understanding with staff.The most challenging aspect if the business when shortage if staff,poor planning,change of production plan on a daily basis, shortage of raw materials,packaging.

Learning is one of my key factors to my success

for the past few years at my company i learned a lot i have a passion for leading my co workers in the right direction and as a dispatch supervisor its very stressful but i enjoy a good challenge so i think its time for me to go look for greater challenges outside of the company.

Small company with big potential

SPleasant experience. Generall nice people,small companies are like small towns they are often pleasant Disadvantage is sometimes you get micromanaged. But at least you get clear direction, which is not alway available in big corporates

Pros: Good opportunity for personal growth. Top management approachable.
Cons: Micromanaged
