Excellent learning experience in the food industry

The work is done needs concentration and I am always under pressure. There about 100 people in our shift and a good relationship with co-workers is very important. We work 12 hours per shift. I have learnt that concentrating on your work a lot will make achieve more and your co-workers learn a lot from a person like me. At the moment I am looking forward to go back to position that I enjoy most as a supervisor because that is what I have been doing before. The most challenging aspect is a 12 hour shift especially at night.

Pros: Is learning how to operate a production machine
Cons: Long working hours and night shift.
