I am at the top of my career need new challenges

I need a change. 84 hour a week is just not good enough for a family life. There are no time for family and working away from home on 90 day stints after 7 years its time to come home

Pros: Great job oppertunity

Fitter and turner/ machinist/ onboard CNC programming

Manufacturing and machining of industrial parts Always have a good relationship with fellow workers In my profession there's always something that you will learn each day I enjoy it the most to start a workpiece from scratch and when it's finished it's perfect Tolerances are always the most challenging because it's so easy to make a mistake if your attention is not where it should be

Pros: Whenever you've needed assistance there were a helping hand in any kind of problem
Cons: I was working as a contractor and when the other firm wanted to absorb me for a permanent position my salary was drop drasticly
